The Allpoint surcharge-free ATM network is free for Provident Bank Visa® Debit Cardholders.
If the surcharge screen appears during your Allpoint ATM transaction, press "yes" to accept the surcharge and proceed with your withdrawal.
You will not incur a surcharge as long as you are using a Provident Bank Visa Debit Card.

Some locations may have more than one ATM, not all of which participate in the Allpoint Network. Please make sure to check the ATM you are using for the Allpoint logo to ensure it is the correct one.
AllPoint ATMs have a $400 withdrawal limit at all locations. Deposits: End-customers can make cash deposits at any eligible, US-based Allpoint ATM. Deposits are limited to $1,000 per transaction, and there are also daily limits (set at your account level)
Please be aware that there are limits on the amount of cash you can withdraw daily from both Allpoint and Old National ATMs. The amount can vary between Allpoint locations, but most will allow you to withdraw between $200 and $400 in a single transaction.
You can go to the physical branch of the bank where your account is held and request a manual transfer of funds from your account to another account. You'll need to fill out a withdrawal slip and provide details of the recipient's account.
Cardless ATMs operate by using either the bank's app or another option such as Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay. Bank apps will send consumers a numerical code to plug into the ATM or a code you scan on an ATM.
