I have used the Ready Employ (powered by phoenix) sofware for recruitment for the past 4 years. It has been a great tool to manage the incoming applications and keep track of appointments to positions. The automatic replies and reminders reduce my workload and the filing of all applications electronically reduces the need to print large amounts of information.
There is no need to prepare a schedule of applications – the system does this for me. Staff responsible for each individual vacancy are able to access the applications and review as they come in, which again means very minimal amounts of copying and no need for sharing paper copies around. The system stores all previous jobs for me and I can go back to a previous vacancy and applicant if I need it. Having been involved with recruitment for a number of years, this system certainly streamlined this task.
